Overview
Initial Setup involves performing the tasks described in the following table.
Task | Where Task is Performed | Description |
1 | In Autotask, | create an API user with Barracuda Tracking Identifier section to Barracuda vendor. |
2 | set up a user-defined field in Autotask that allows you to link your ECHOplatform and Autotask accounts. | |
