Enabling Deduplication in Autotask

To enable deduplication in Autotask, perform the following steps.

  1. Navigate to Admin, Features & Settings, as shown below.


    The Features & Settings page is displayed.

  2. Select Application-Wide (Shared) Features .
    The Application-Wide (Shared) Features are displayed.

  3. Select User-Defined Fields .
    The User-Defined Fields are displayed.

  4. Click the Tickets tab.
    The Tickets fields are displayed.

  5. Click New.
    The new User-Defined Fields are displayed.

  6. In the Name field, type token , ensure the Active check box is enabled, and then click Save & Close..
