Enabling Deduplication in Autotask
To enable deduplication in Autotask, perform the following steps.
Navigate to Admin, Features & Settings, as shown below.
The Features & Settings page is displayed.Select Application-Wide (Shared) Features .
The Application-Wide (Shared) Features are displayed.Select User-Defined Fields .
The User-Defined Fields are displayed.Click the Tickets tab.
The Tickets fields are displayed.Click New.
The new User-Defined Fields are displayed.In the Name field, type token , ensure the Active check box is enabled, and then click Save & Close..
