Disabling Multi-Factor Authentication

Disabling multi-factor authentication deletes MFA for all devices. The user can log in without MFA.

To disable multi-factor authentication (MFA), perform the following steps.

  1. At the Management Dashboard, click the Disable MFA


    The Disable MFA confirmation pop-up is displayed.


     

  2. Read the cautions.

  3. Type the authentication code and then click Yes.
