Common Settings API

The backup set name, identified by the following json tag, e.g. {"name": "Test Backup Set"} is not mandatory.

If not specified, a unique backup set name is automatically generated, in the format "Backup Set i", where i > 0 (the backup set name is unique).

Alternately, if the backup set name is specified, but it already exists, a similar procedure is followed, it is automatically named "Backup Set i".
