The standard model of Barracuda Networks' CloudGen Firewall F400 (Rev. C) comes with eight 10/100/1000 MBit RJ45, two 10Gbit SFP+ Ethernet ports, and a single power supply. Other F400 C model types (.F20) provide different port combinations and a dual power supply.

NOTE

If you are running an F400 with a single power supply, then you must disable dual power monitoring. To do so, perform the following steps:

  1. Log into your firewall via Barracuda Firewall Admin.

  2. Go to CONFIGURATION > Configuration Tree > Control > Hardware Monitoring.

  3. Click Lock.

  4. For Disable Dual Power Monitoring, select yes from the drop-down menu list.

  5. Click Send Changes/Activate.

Not all appliances support yellow and/or red LED colors. Depending on the appliance type, the status LED might be on by default and it might take some time during boot and installation to start either blinking or changing the color. Furthermore, the status LED might blink at different frequencies.
