Barracuda Networks' support and life-cycle policies for the NextGen and CloudGen Firewall outline the product support guidelines for these products' life cycles. The objective of these policies is to standardize and normalize product life-cycle practices to assist you in making an informed purchase, and to support and upgrade decisions. Customers who are operating Barracuda NextGen and CloudGen Firewall products under a valid Support & Maintenance agreement are entitled to the benefits associated with these policies.
