Logging in to BarracudaONE

To log in to BarracudaONE, you must have a Barracuda Cloud Control account.

To set up a Barracuda Cloud Control account, see Create a Barracuda Cloud Control Account.

To prevent losing access to your accounts, set up a recovery code in your MFA application. See To generate MFA recovery codes in Managing your profile.

You can use a FIDO key for MFA. For more information on setting up your key, see https://documentation.campus.barracuda.com/wiki/spaces/ONE/pages/478019585.

To log in to BarracudaONE

In a web browser, navigate to https://app.barracudanetworks.com/.
If you use a FIDO key for MFA, make sure it’s inserted into the device you want to log in on.
Type your email address and click Continue.
Type your password and click Continue.
In the Enter Your Authenticator Code box, enter the code from your authenticator.
Click Verify.
