BarracudaONE is Barracuda’s centralized, web-based management platform that helps administrators set up, manage, monitor, and report on multiple Barracuda products from a single experience.

Depending on the products in your environment, BarracudaONE can help you with tasks such as:

  • Onboarding and configuration of supported Barracuda services

  • Ongoing management of settings and policies

  • Monitoring status, activity, and alerts

  • Reporting and insights across managed products

Moving to BarracudaONE from BCC brings a more streamlined experience for managing your Barracuda products, with updated navigation, improved workflows, and a unified approach to administration.

Use this guide to quickly understand what’s changed, where key settings and views live in the new interface, and how to get up and running fast.

Where to find what you need

The purpose of this documentation is to help you quickly locate the Barracuda Cloud Control (BCC) tools and capabilities you’re already familiar with, and to show you where they fit in the BarracudaONE workflow.

The features you see in BarracudaONE depend on your admin rights. You may not have access to all the features you see below.

BCC features

Users who are moving to BarracudaONE from BCC will find the features of BCC under the Settings icon settings.png on the left navigation menu. Here, you’ll find all the features you’re used to.

For resellers

Resellers who used the Partner Management features of BCC will find them in BarracudaONE, under Customer Accounts CustomerAccounts.png.

The Appliance Control features of BCC have been moved under the Settings icon settings.png in BarracudaONE.

Switching between accounts

If you manage multiple accounts, you can switch between those accounts using the account switcher in the top center of the BarracudaONE window.

For more information, see Switching Accounts.

Navigating between applications

When you’re in BarracudaONE, you can navigate to the Barracuda products associated with your account by clicking the Apps icon Apps.png in the lower left of the BarracudaONE page.
