Click Block category to block AI categories.
Click on a Triage category AI tools to view more details on the AI categories page.
The Text Generation & Summarization page opens. You can see 10 AI tools in this category.
Click an application row to open its detail view, e.g., Sapling.

The application's total risk score, with a link to the full breakdown.
A list of individual risk factors contributing to the score.
Up to the three safest alternatives in the same category with lower risk scores.
Risk Score
The Risk Score sidebar displays a detailed breakdown of risk factors, explains how the risk score is calculated for this application, and allows administrators to edit the score. In the top-right corner of the Risk Score section, click 13.2/25 to open a sidebar with a full breakdown of risk factors and an option to edit and save the score.
Risk scores indicate the potential risk of each AI application. A score above 15 is classified as high risk. Administrators can edit any application's risk score; edited scores override previous ones. A block recommendation appears only when the score exceeds 15 (high risk).
