Advanced Bot Protection Licensing

The information on this page is for legacy licenses. These licenses are not available for new accounts and are applicable only for renewals of subscriptions that were activated before April 2023.

Barracuda WAF-as-a-Service Advanced Bot Protection (ABP) capabilities protect your web, mobile, and API-based applications against a variety of bot attacks. ABP provides multiple features that can be used to detect and block specific bot attacks. Some of these features are available without the purchase of an additional license. Other features require the purchase of an Advanced Bot Protection license. The feature-license table below shows which features require an additional license:
