    Features and Enhancements in 12.3

    • AI Crawlers - Added a centralized dashboard that provides visibility into AI crawler activity, including requests, bandwidth usage, and traffic trends from crawlers such as GPTBot, ClaudeBot, and PerplexityBot. You can monitor detected crawlers across applications and configure allow or block policies for individual AI bots to control content access.
      Note: AI Crawler feature requires an Advanced Bot Protection license.

    • Certificate Management - Barracuda WAF-as-a-Service now supports certificate authority credentials from DigiCert, GlobalSign, and SECOM.
      Certificate management errors now include detailed provider responses and validation attempt details to simplify troubleshooting for certificate issuance issues.
