Barracuda Campus has migrated to a redesigned portal designed to make finding, understanding, and using our resources easier than ever before. Documentation and training are now offered on two dedicated portals for a faster, more streamlined experience. Access the new Barracuda Campus at https://documentation.campus.barracuda.com/ and the learning site at https://learn.campus.barracuda.com/learn.

How do I access the new Barracuda Campus?

From campus.barracuda.com, click on Product Documentation. Alternatively, go directly to our new link at https://documentation.campus.barracuda.com/.

Will I still be able to use the old Barracuda Campus portal (campus.barracuda.com) after the new platform launches?

The previous site at campus.barracuda.com has limited visibility to our product documentation. For the best experience, start using the new platform as soon as possible.

What happens to my old links to documentation on campus.barracuda.com?

All links to Barracuda Campus product documentation will automatically redirect to the new portal, so you can continue accessing the resources you need. However, we recommend updating your bookmarks now to ensure smoother access and fewer issues in the future.

Do I need sign up for a Campus account?

No, you do not need to sign up for a Campus account to view our product documentation. To view our dedicated learning site, go to https://learn.campus.barracuda.com/learn.

Do I need to log in to view articles?

No login is necessary to view the documentation library.

How do I navigate Barracuda Campus?

The homepage is focused exclusively on documentation, providing quick access to guides, manuals, and reference materials.

Use the tabs at the top to view our award-winning products. Click a product category such as Email Protection or Data Protection, then click on the desired product. This works from anywhere within Barracuda Campus. If you are in one product space and want to switch to another one, follow this same process.

Use the search bar to quickly find documents, guides, and reference materials across Barracuda Campus.

See the Latest News section to stay up to date with the most recent updates and insights about our public product documentation. Here you’ll find the latest information covering new features, improvements, and best practices.

How do I export an article?

Select the desired article, and then click the ellipsis (3 dots) at the upper right. Click Export, and then select Export to Word or Export to PDF.

How do I send article feedback?

We appreciate all feedback, positive and negative, on Barracuda Campus.

To provide feedback on an article, click Barracuda Campus under Contact Us at the bottom of the article to send an email with your comments. A dedicated feedback form will be available soon.
