About Overage Alerts

The overage alert notifies you when online usage is at, near, or over the account-billing plan. This email feature is triggered at a billing percentage that you set. By being alerted before receiving an invoice, your client has time to adjust their usage, or perhaps upgrade their plan.

The Overage Alerts tab is displayed on the Account Information page as shown below.

The Overage Alerts template is also accessible from the ECHOplatform menu ribbon at Preferences, Manage Templates.
