Deleting Templates

To delete templates, perform the following steps.

1. At the ECHOplatform ribbon, select Preferences,Manage Templates.
   The Preferences drop-down menu is displayed.
   

   Open

   

   The Manage Templates page is displayed.
   
   

   Open

   

2. Select the Notifications, Preferences, or the Overage Alerts tab.
   The Notification templates are displayed as an example below.
   

   Open

   

3. Click the delete icon to the right of the template you want to delete.
   
   

   Open

   

   The Delete Template prompt is displayed.
   
   

   Open

   

4. Click Yes.
   The template is deleted.
