Working with SAML 2.0 Single Sign-On

Users without administration roles don’t have access to user management.

You can configure Barracuda Cloud Control (BCC) to use SAML 2.0 Single Sign-On (SSO) so users authenticate with your existing Identity Provider (IdP), such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or Duo.

To set up SAML, you’ll access your Barracuda Cloud Control (BCC) account from the BarracudaONE interface.

To set up SAML

  1. In the left navigation menu, select Users & access Usersandaccess.png > SAML.

  2. Follow the procedures in https://documentation.campus.barracuda.com/wiki/spaces/BCC/pages/599785522.

To return to BarracudaONE

  • Select one of the following:

    • Home Home.png

    • The back button on your browser
