Barracuda offers a variety of support options for when you need help:

• Open a support case

• Chat with a live support representative

• Speak with a live support representative

To contact support

1. In the left navigation menu, select Resources > Support.

2. On the Contact Support page, do one of the following:

   • Select Open a support case.

   • Select Chat Now.

   • Call +1 408 342 5300. For non-North American countries, select Other Countries to view other numbers.
