Improved Reporting
Improvements to reporting include:
An enhanced look Enhanced branding and visual design, a new tooltip panel explaining metrics and security terms, and updated detail panels that align with the new SEG/ICES architecture model.
New charts New charts show threat progression through pre-delivery (Barracuda/Microsoft/Google gateways) and post-delivery protection layers.
Product-specific metrics New metrics for Barracuda Email Gateway Defense (EGD), Barracuda Impersonation Protection (IP), and Barracuda Incident Response (IR).
Improved layout Redesigned metric cards with updated data visualization for easier interpretation.
For more information, see Generating and exporting reports.
Value report alignment with the Secure Email Gateway (SEG) and Integrated Cloud Email Security (ICES) models
BarracudaONE’s Value Report is now organized to differentiate between threats intercepted by Gartner’s industry-standard security models: Secure Email Gateway (SEG) and Integrated Cloud Email Security (ICES).
The Value Report has been redesigned to clearly differentiate between email threats that have been intercepted before delivery (Such as spam, known malware, hygiene, and volumetric threat control) and ones that have been intercepted after delivery to user inboxes (Such as delayed phishing, business email compromise (BEC), account takeover (ATO), and automated remediation). This lets you see the true value of Barracuda Email Protection to stop threats from getting to you or your customers.
The new model provides:
Customer clarity Understand which protections are delivered before delivery and after.
Analyst credibility Segmented metrics provide security value data that’s more meaningful and easier to interpret.
Consistent positioning Internal teams can communicate email security capabilities more effectively.
