Setting up Microsoft Entra ID in BarracudaONE
Connecting Microsoft Entra ID lets BarracudaONE continuously monitor Entra ID and displays the status on your Home page.
Setting up Microsoft Entra ID in BarracudaONE also lets assess identity security risks in your environment, such as:
Privileged accounts without strong MFA
MFA not enabled for some users
Phishing-resistant MFA not enforced for all users
Unmanaged device access allowed
Excessive global administrator accounts

Microsoft Entra ID is synced automatically every twelve hours. If you want to force a manual sync, see Syncing Microsoft Entra ID with BarracudaONE manually
Requirements
To connect Entra ID, you must have the following for each account you want to set up:
Entra ID P1 or P2 license required
One of the following roles:
Global Administrator (recommended)
Privileged Role Administrator
Free Microsoft Entra ID accounts can't integrate with BarracudaONE.
To set up Microsoft Entra ID
On the Home page, do one of the following:
If you have an account selected, in the Products section, click the View Details button on the Entra ID card.
If All accounts is selected, in the Product information by account table, click a cell in the Entra ID column for an account that isnβt set up.
In the Entra ID slideout, click Connect to Entra ID.
In the Pick an account box, click an account.
Click Accept.
The first sync with Entra ID may take up to an hour to complete.
