The new features in this version of BarracudaONE are:

• Improvements to risks on the Dashboard and the Mitigate risks pages

• AI security report

• Improved product trial experience

It’s now easier to navigate through the risks in your environment.

The Dashboard now has additional information about about risks, giving you at-a-glance insight into your environment. You can now quickly see how many risks in your environment or account are:

• New

• Unresolved

• Repeated

• Accepted

• Resolved

The individual risk cards now also display the category of risk and the percentage of the risk that has been addressed.

If you have an account selected, or your profile includes only one account, you also see two charts that help you visualize the Unresolved and new risks in your account, and see your Total risks over the last 30 days.

Clicking the View risks button on either version of the Dashboard takes you to the Mitigate risks page where you can easily see and navigate through the risks in your account or environment.

The Mitigate risks page has been updated to include searching risks by risk name and filtering the list by status.

BarracudaONE’s AI Security Risk report helps you identify, understand, and communicate the security risks associated with AI tool usage in your environment. Use the report to review detected AI applications, assess unresolved risks, identify high-risk users and tools, and determine the actions you can take to reduce exposure and improve governance.

The process of starting an application trial now takes fewer steps for some Barracuda applications. You can start an application trial without filling out additional forms for the following applications:

• Barracuda Email Gateway Defense

• Barracuda Data Inspector

• Barracuda Cloud Archiving Service

• Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup

To start an application trial, on the Home page, click Start trial on a product card in the Available area.

Users who select a language other than English may still see English interface items in the updated Dashboard and Mitigating risks pages. This issue is being actively remediated.
