What's New in SecureEdge Access

SecureEdge Access is a minor release that includes new features and important fixes.

Setup SecureEdge Access Wizard

A new step, Configure Web Security Policy, has been added to Setup SecureEdge Access. You can now create new web filter policies using AI.

Enrollment Updates

Minor updates for the enrollment service. Key highlights include:

  • New options on the Enrollments page: Subscription seat usage and bulk delete enrollments are now available.

  • The Enrollments page automatically sorts by available seats, placing enrollments with available seats at the top.

ZTNA Policies

Minor update on creating ZTNA policies via Security > ZTNA > Policies.

BCS-to-SecureEdge Migrations

You can now migrate Barracuda Content Shield (BCS) to SecureEdge on a per-account basis. This contains sections on initiating migration for a local user and for an MSP account.

CGA-to-SecureEdge Migrations

You can now migrate your Barracuda CloudGen Access (CGA) account to SecureEdge Access to enhance your ZTNA experience.

SecureEdge Reporting
  • SecureEdge Logs now include full user-interface support for Content Inspection Logs. DNS Logs are also supported for SecureEdge Access.

  • SecureEdge Reporting has been improved to enhance functionality. Filters were refactored to increase stability and reduce inconsistent behavior. Updates to data and performance have optimized materialized view flows, network traffic mapping, and management of default columns and static views.

SecureEdge Connector

SecureEdge Connectors now support multiple domain names per resource.

  • The URL Categories Blocked widget is now available.
