Working with the SOC Service Requests Page

The SOC Service Request page lets you make requests to SOC team and track the status of existing requests.

To view the SOC Service Request page

  • Select SOC SOC.png > SOC Service Requests.

  1. Click to use Ask Bailey. For more information, see Using Bailey AI Assistant in Barracuda Managed XDR.

  2. Click to submit a request to the SOC team. See Making SOC Requests.

  3. Click to change the columns displayed in the SOC Service Request table. See Editing Columns on the SOC Service Requests page.

  4. Displays the Ticket ID.

  5. Displays the ticket subject.

  6. Displays the ticket priority.

  7. Displays the ID of person who requested the ticket.

  8. Displays the date the ticket was created.

  9. Displays the time the ticket was last updated.

  10. Displays the ticket status.

  11. Click to view the details of the request or add a comment to communicate with the SOC team. See Viewing the Details of a SOC Request.
