Working with the SOC Service Requests Page
The SOC Service Request page lets you make requests to SOC team and track the status of existing requests.

Displays the Ticket ID.
Displays the ticket subject.
Displays the ticket priority.
Displays the ID of person who requested the ticket.
Displays the date the ticket was created.
Displays the time the ticket was last updated.
