How to Remove a Managed Customer Account

If you no longer need to manage a customer account, you can remove it from your partner account. This does not delete the customer's account, it only removes your partner access to manage it.

Remove a Customer Account

  1. In Barracuda Cloud Control, click Partner > Customer Accounts, then click Manage Customer Accounts.

  2. The Manage Customer Accounts page displays.

  3. Click on the customer you want to remove, then click Remove Customer. A confirmation dialog displays.

  4. Click OK. The customer is removed from the list.
