Viewing Autotask Logs

To view logs, perform the following steps.

1. At the Autotask Integration page, click the Logs tab.
   
   

   Open

   

   
   
   The Logs page is displayed.
   
   

   Open

   

2. To filter the display, click the Filter Results button.
   The Type and Feature check boxes are displayed.
   
   

   Open

   

3. Select or clear the Type and Feature check boxes to filter the results.
