Finding your app version

    If you need to contact technical support for BarracudaONE, it is helpful to provide the version of the app you’re using. The app version is copied to your clipboard, so you can paste it into a email or other application.

    To copy the version of the app you’re using

    1. Click the profile icon in the lower left of the window.
      NOTE The profile icon is a round icon that displays your username initials. Examples: ProfileLogo1.png , ProfileLogo2.png .

    2. Click App version.

    3. Click the copy button Copy App.png .
