March 2026

Cloud Service Update

Summary:

Key highlights include:

  • BCS and CGA self-service migrations can now be enabled on a per-account basis.

  • The SecureEdge Access onboarding wizard now includes a Configure Web Security Policy page.

  • SecureEdge Reporting improvements:

    • DNS logs for SecureEdge Access.

    • ZTNA logs for SecureEdge Access.

    • The release also includes several bug fixes and enhancements: 

      • Fixed broken user filter behavior across views and reports.

      • Fixed an issue where selecting a virtual column crashed the user summary report.

      • Fixed table height calculation inconsistencies.

      • Resolved several edge cases affecting filtering and rendering logic.

  • Connectors now support multiple domain names per resource.

  • New SecureEdge Access regions supported: India, Austria, and Germany.

  • DNS over HTTPS, including block pages, served with properly trusted certificates.

  • IPv6 access via hostnames in IPv6-only environments.

    • Supported for Sites, Private Edge Services, and SecureEdge Access POPs.

    • Not supported for managed Edge Services.

  • Disabling web filtering also disables the corresponding Web Filter logs.

  • The enrollment service is now hosted behind our CDN.

February 2026

Cloud Service Update

 Summary:

This release introduces SecureEdge Points of Presence (PoPs) for all users. Key highlights include:

  • All users can now access the new SecureEdge Access plans.

  • Existing workspaces require no changes and will maintain current connectivity settings.

  • New accounts will now default to using SecureEdge PoPs.

  • The following new capabilities are available to all users:

    • DNS Locations and DNS over HTTPS (DoH).

    • ZTNA reauthentication with configurable reauthentication intervals (currently enforced only when the agent is connected to PoPs).

    • Agent version 3.0.1 on all platforms with ZTNA multi‑tunnel support, enabling access to resources connected to multiple PoPs within the same session.

    • Updated dashboard metrics now display usage metrics for PoPs in addition to Sites and Edge Services.

  •  The release also includes several bug fixes and enhancements. 

January 2026

  • Cloud Service Update

 Summary:

  • SecureEdge Logs now fully support Content Inspection Logs in the user interface, enabling direct visibility into inspected content within the Reporting service. Tunnel Activity is also supported as a data type during ingestion.

  • SecureEdge Reporting improvements:

    • Filters have been refactored to enhance stability and robustness, reducing inconsistent behavior.

    • Data and performance updates have improved the following: materialized view application flows, network traffic mapping within reports, and the handling of default columns and static views.

  • This release includes several bug fixes and enhancements.

December 2025

Summary:

  • Enhanced Web Filter Policies now include scopes for DNS Location and Agents, in addition to the existing scopes Site/Edge Service and All Sources.

  • AI Content Inspection for Web Filter has been added.

  • Agent Breakout for Web Filter has been added.

  • Improvements to the Zero Trust Access policies include the toggles Re-Authentication and All Users.

  • SecureEdge Access onboarding wizard with SecureEdge Access PoPs has been added.

  • DNS over HTTPS (DoH) has been added for DNS locations.

    • DNS logs now enabled for all users, particularly for Edge Services.

  • The options Reboot, Restart, and Shutdown are now available on the Private Edge Services.

  • The Domain Lookup feature, which allows users to identify the URL category (including custom categories based on domain), is now available.

Summary:

  • SecureEdge Reporting now in the two regions US and EMEA.

  • Unattended Enrollment for Windows SecureEdge Access Agents.

  • CDN for the SecureEdge Manager for improved performance and global availability.

  • Site-specific DC Client configuration.

  • TPM for SecureEdge Access Agents (pending availability for SecureEdge Access Agents 2.0.0 on all marketplaces).

  • ZTNA trials now available for 10 users, reducing the number of $0 orders for POCs.

  • Support for the US region for the Reporting service.

  • SecureEdge Access Agent 2.0.0 release (currently available only for Windows; other platforms will follow shortly).

  • SSL Client certificates now installed automatically through the SecureEdge Access Agent.
