Understanding Your Barracuda Cloud Control Account

Barracuda Cloud Control is a service linked to your customer account that you access through BarracudaONE. If you need to access specific Barracuda Cloud Control settings, select one of the following options from the left navigation in BarracudaONE. You will be redirected to BCC:

• Users & access – If you are an admin, you can manage your users, directories, groups, and SAML configuration from here now.

• Audit log - If you are an admin, you can access your BCC logs from BarracudaONE Audit log page.

• Settings – Access your account options, Appliance Control (for resellers), and other BCC settings.

• Customer Accounts – If you are a reseller, your Partner Management features are now located here.

Signing Out

To log out of your account, click your user name at the top right of the screen, then select Sign Out.
