Meet Bailey!

Barracuda Assistant is now Bailey, your personal AI assistant in BarracudaONE and across Barracuda’s suite of applications. Look for the Ask Bailey button in the top right corner of BarracudaONE pages.

The Ask Bailey button
The Ask Bailey button

Bailey can give you critical up-to-the-minute insight into your actual data using your own words, giving you real-time answers about:

  • Alerts from all your configured products, including a breakdown by type, severity, and source.

  • Subscription data, such as serial numbers, trials, activation statuses, the last activation date, and end date of activation.

  • Product status for all configured products supported by BarracudaONE.

Bailey can also tell you about Barracuda products and how to use them.

Integration of reporting data from Email Protection, Data Protection, and XDR with Bailey

Bailey can now answer questions about data from Email Protection, Data Protection, and XDR. Ask Bailey about:

  • Threat volumes

  • Detection trends

  • Product effectiveness

  • Emails blocked

  • Data sources backed up

  • Emails archived (BCAS)

  • Devices managed (XDR)

Try this! Ask Bailey “How many emails have been blocked?”

Data is available up to two days prior to the current date. For example, data from today and the day before is not available.
