Release notes - Bailey AI Assistant (2026.05.07)

This release of Bailey AI Assistant includes the following new features:

Improved answers

Bailey now answers your questions using live web search from Campus resources, producing more detailed and comprehensive responses than it could generate from internal knowledge alone. When you ask a question, Bailey searches relevant Campus sources and then compiles the most helpful information into a clear, well-structured answer.

This results in answers with deeper reasoning and broader context, making them more detailed, easier to understand, and grounded in referenced context. The answers you need are now delivered with improved clarity and supporting information.

Answers from Microsoft Learn

Bailey is more useful than ever. Now you can ask Bailey questions about Microsoft products and get answers from right inside your Barracuda products. Bailey uses Microsoft’s official, up-to-date documentation as context while it answers without you manually searching for docs.

This provides you with trusted, current info from Microsoft documentation, grounded in official content from Microsoft.

To test it out, select the Ask Bailey AskBaileyBig.png button and ask your question about Microsoft products, how-tos, or troubleshooting in Microsoft products.

Dynamic prompt suggestions

Bailey’s suggested questions are now dynamic. When you are using Ask Bailey, the suggested prompts are more useful, responding to common questions being asked by you and other users.

Bailey displays six questions. Three are dynamic “How to” questions based on Campus documentation and three based on live data that users are asking now.

To test it out, select the Ask Bailey AskBaileyBig.png button and view the suggested questions.
