Syncing Microsoft Entra ID with BarracudaONE manually

Once connected, the sync between Microsoft Entra ID and BarracudaONE happens automatically every 12 hours, without you needing to do anything.

However, you can also force a manual sync, for example, if something has changed and you don't want to wait twelve hours for an automatic sync or you’re troubleshooting an issue.

To force a manual sync between Microsoft Entra ID and BarracudaONE
  1. On the Home page, do one of the following:

    • In the account picker, select an account that has Microsoft Entra ID set up. Then, in the Products section, click the View Details button on the Entra ID card.

    • If All accounts is selected, in the Product information by account table, click a cell in the Entra ID column for an account that isn’t set up.

  2. In the Entra ID slideout, click Sync nowSyncNowEntra.png.
