Troubleshooting Microsoft Entra ID in BarracudaONE

If Microsoft Entra ID displays a warning, try https://documentation.campus.barracuda.com/wiki/spaces/ONE/pages/463667205.

If syncing doesn’t solve the problem, the BarracudaONE app may have been deleted on the Microsoft side. If this happens, do the following:

  1. Disconnect Entra ID fromBarracudaONE. See https://documentation.campus.barracuda.com/wiki/spaces/ONE/pages/464125968.

  2. Reconnect Entra ID. See https://documentation.campus.barracuda.com/wiki/spaces/ONE/pages/461832322.
