Troubleshooting Microsoft Entra ID in BarracudaONE

If Microsoft Entra ID displays a warning, try Syncing Microsoft Entra ID with BarracudaONE manually.

If syncing doesn’t solve the problem, the BarracudaONE app may have been deleted on the Microsoft side. If this happens, do the following:

  1. Disconnect Entra ID fromBarracudaONE. See Disconnecting Microsoft Entra ID from BarracudaONE.

  2. Reconnect Entra ID. See Setting up Microsoft Entra ID in BarracudaONE.
