Import PST Files

The Barracuda Cloud Archiving Service can accept .pst files from Microsoft Outlook 2000 and later.

To import the contents of an Outlook .pst file, enter the following information:

  • PST file – Name of the .pst file to be imported. Click Browse to locate the file on your system or resident SMB share.

Click Import to initiate the upload.

Prior to uploading any .pst file, make sure that the .pst file has been explicitly closed in Outlook and is not currently in use. Any .pst files that are open (or were very recently closed) are locked by Outlook, which prevents the Barracuda Cloud Archiving Service from processing the files.
