Viewing and searching previous Bailey AI Assistant conversations

Bailey (formerly Barracuda Assistant) stores the history of your conversations so you can easily review answers to questions you’ve asked before.

You can also search for previous questions. The most recent twenty questions are searched.

To view a previous conversation

1. In the top right corner of a page, click the Ask Bailey button .

2. Click More Options .

3. Click History .

4. Click the arrow button next to a conversation .

To search previous conversation questions

Previous conversations questions are searched, not Bailey’s answers. To open a conversation, click the arrow button .

1. In the top right corner of a page, click the Ask Bailey button .

2. Click More Options .

3. Click History .

4. Type text in the Search box.
