Giving feedback on Bailey AI Assistant

When Bailey (formerly Barracuda Assistant) responds to a request, you can give feedback to help the AI improve.

To give feedback on a response from Bailey

1. Do one of the following:

   • Type a question in the Ask your question box.

   • Select one of the preset questions below the Ask your question box.

2. Click the arrow .

3. Click one of the following buttons:

   • Thumbs Up

   • Thumbs Down

4. If you clicked the Thumbs Down button, do one of the following:

5. If you want to want to give more feedback, click Yes . Write your response and click the arrow .

6. If you don’t want to give feedback and want to continue the conversation instead, click No .
