Deleting Bailey AI Assistant conversations

Bailey (formerly Barracuda Assistant) stores the history of your conversations so you can easily review answers to questions you’ve asked before. However, you can delete individual conversations or your entire conversation history.

To delete one or more conversations

1. In the top right corner of a page, click the Ask Bailey button .

2. Click More Options .

3. Click History.

4. Optionally, search your history.

5. Do one of the following:

   • Select the check boxes next to the conversations you want to delete.

   • Click Select all.

6. Click Delete .

7. Click Delete.

To delete the conversation history

1. In the top right corner of a page, click the Ask Bailey button .

2. Click More Options .

3. Click About .

4. In the Your data section, click Delete chat history .
