Viewing, voting, and commenting on user feature requests

Viewing, voting, and commenting on user feature requests

You can view, comment on, and vote on feature requests for all Barracuda products, not just the one you’re currently viewing.

Voting for ideas that you or other people requested increases the chance of them being added to the product roadmap for development by the team at Barracuda. Adding comments lets you suggest additional improvement.

You can also remove your vote.

See the bottom of this article for legal information.

Viewing user feature requests or the roadmap

Feature requests are suggestions that have been submitted by users.

The roadmap is a list of feature requests that have been submitted, and have been accepted by the team, and are planned for development.

Voting and commenting on feature requests

When you view feature requests, you can vote and comment on them. You can cast one vote per feature request. Remove your vote at any time by selecting the unvote option.

When you vote on a feature request, only the vote count is displayed to other users.

  • Your vote is counted toward the total.

  • Your name and email address are not publicly visible.

Comments with profanity and abusive language are removed automatically.

To view feature requests or the product roadmap

  • In Bailey, in your own words ask to see one of the following:

    • Customer-submitted feature requests

    • The product roadmap
