How to Bulk Manage SharePoint Sites for Backup
This new CSV upload feature is designed for customers with many SharePoint sites. Instead of manually compiling include/exclude lists, you can export the full site list from the Microsoft 365 admin center, trim it down to the sites you want to include or exclude, and then upload the CSV into Cloud-to-Cloud Backup. This streamlined workflow makes bulk site management fast, accurate, and scalable for large deployments.
Requirement: Export your SharePoint sites and their subsites to a CSV file.
Log into https://login.barracudanetworks.com/. If you are not automatically forwarded to the Cloud-to-Cloud Backup application, select Cloud-to-Cloud Backup from the left pane.
Navigate to the Settings page from the side navigation menu.
Click Customize next to SharePoint.
Click Bulk include sites or Bulk exclude sites.
Note that including/excluding bulk sites will clear all previously included/excluded sites. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
