How to Reauthorize a Connection
If you need to update permissions for an existing connection in Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup, you can reauthorize the connection from the Backup sources page.
You will need to use a Microsoft global administrator account to connect your Microsoft account to Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup. If you are having issues connecting, please ensure that the user is explicitly granted the role of Global Administrator and does not have inherited privileges via group membership or Privileged Identity Management (PIM). For more information, see Microsoft article About admin roles.
Log in to BarracudaONE. Click Apps at the bottom left. Select Cloud-to-Cloud Backup.
Navigate to the Backup > Backup sources page from the side navigation menu.
Find the connection you want to update. Click the action menu (three dots) to the right of Backup now, and then select Reauthorize.
If prompted, click Authorize now to begin.
Sign in with your Microsoft global administrator account.
Review the requested permissions, and then click Accept.
When the process is complete, you are returned to the Backup sources page.
From the same action menu, you can also rename the connection if needed.
