How to Export a Data Source

To export multiple files, note the following:

An export of more than 2 items results in a ZIP file.
An export exceeding 10GB or 25,000 items results in a nested ZIP file.
Items that were previously unsupported for export remain unsupported.

Note: There is a known issue when using the Windows 10 built-in extraction tool to extract ZIP files. To avoid any issues, use the built-in extraction tool from Windows 11 or earlier versions of Windows (prior to Windows 10), or a third-party tool such as 7-Zip.

Note: If a SharePoint site is created using a Teams template or through the creation of a group, the data appears under Teams, not SharePoint.

Use the following steps to export data:

Log in to BarracudaONE. Click Apps at the bottom left. Select Cloud-to-Cloud Backup.
Navigate to the Restore page from the side navigation menu, and select the desired data source.
Select the folder from which to export data and locate the item(s) to export.
Alternatively, to find the items you want to export, use the search bar or the Filters icon () to narrow down your options. See How to Search and Filter a Data Source.
Select the item(s) to export, and click the Export button.
The Export dialog box appears.
Select to export to Local or Microsoft Azure. For Microsoft Azure, enter your SAS token. For more information on how to generate a SAS token, see How to Export to Microsoft Azure.
Click Start export.
To view the export status, go to the Activities page.
To download the exported item(s), go to the Activities page and click the item(s) you exported, then click Download. Alternatively, go to the Export section on the Dashboard and click Download next to the item(s).
A single file export under 10 GB downloads automatically. If you are exporting multiple files, see Exporting Multiple Files below.

Exporting Multiple Files

When exporting multiple files, the Download link in the Activities page and Export section of the Dashboard opens a new page listing the ZIP file(s) in the export job. You can only download the ZIP file(s) from this page.
If the export job exceeds 10GB or 25,000 items, the page includes details of each ZIP file. Use the browser download manager to select one or more download jobs at your convenience.

Exports are available to Download for 3 days. The Dashboard shows the last 7 export jobs. For full export history, go to the Activities PageActivities page.
